Parking

Clearly marked, accessible parking spaces are available in front of UCC East. However, this is public parking used by patrons of the plaza in which the clinic is located.



Entrance

Main entrance is accessible as there are no steps. Patients using assistive and mobility devices will likely not encounter barriers.

COVID protocol- For patients using public transit or Wheel-Trans, please call the phone number displayed on the front door. A member of the front desk will open the door so that the patient may wait for their in-person appointment in the clinic’s lobby.



Elevators

There are no stairs or elevators. All treatment rooms are located on the ground floor.



Washrooms

Accessible washroom is located at the end of the hallway on the right-hand side.
