CCNM BNTC is committed to providing barrier-free access for all persons to its clinic. We are continually working to make our space more accessible and are committed to meet the accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Regulations including the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service.
Patients may bring a support person to their visits.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS AND VISITORS
Clearly marked, accessible parking spaces are available in front to the UCC. However, this is public parking used by patrons of the plaza in which the clinic is located.
Main entrance is accessible as there are no steps. Patients using assistive and mobility devices will likely not encounter barriers.
COVID protocol- For patients using public transit or Wheel-Trans, please call the phone number displayed on the front door. A member of the front desk will open the door so that the patient may wait for their in-person appointment in the clinic’s lobby.
There are no stairs or elevators. All treatment rooms are located on the ground floor.
Accessible washroom is located at the end of the hallway next to clinic room 8.
